On the morning of July 28, Mr. Nguyen Van Minh - Chairman of Nam Nha Trang Ward People's Committee - said that the locality is organizing coercive recovery of 2 land plots to hand over the site for the implementation of the Nha Trang City Mixed-Use Urban Area Project.
Mr. Nguyen Van Minh said that the organization of coercion was carried out to implement the Resolution of the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Council on land recovery to serve socio-economic development for national and public interests.
According to Nam Nha Trang Ward People's Committee, the area to be coercively recovered belongs to two land plots in Vinh Xuan residential group.
Specifically, land plot No. 47, map sheet No. 11 has a recovered area of 5,711m2, belonging to the cadastral map of Nam Nha Trang ward, which was appraised by the Department of Agriculture and Environment on September 16, 2025. The current status of the land is water surface land.
Land plot No. 8, map sheet No. 13 with a recovered area of 5,688.3m2, belonging to the cadastral map of Nam Nha Trang ward, was appraised by the Department of Agriculture and Environment on July 11, 2025.
On the land, there is a structure with an area of 19.44m2 with wooden columns and beams, corrugated iron walls combined with planks, corrugated iron roof, no doors, no ceiling, cement floor... Nam Nha Trang Ward People's Committee requests that the coercion process must comply with the correct order and procedures according to Article 89 of the 2024 Land Law; and at the same time ensure security and order, safety of people, vehicles and property throughout the implementation process.
The locality also requested that the coercion be thoroughly implemented, recovering the entire land area according to the land recovery decision to hand over the site to the investor to implement the Nha Trang City Mixed-Use Urban Area Project.
