Accordingly, the Duong Kinh Ward Land Acquisition Enforcement Board has organized the implementation of the Decisions on compulsory land acquisition and handover to the construction unit of the New Urban Area Construction Investment Project in Duong Kinh District and Kien Thuy District (now in Duong Kinh Ward, Hai Phong).
According to the Decision of the Chairman of Duong Kinh Ward People's Committee, the compulsory land recovery will be applied to Mr. Ngo Van Ng and Ms. Pham Thi H's household at plot No. 352, area 795.1 m2 and Mr. Ngo Van T and Ms. Nguyen Thi H's household at plot No. 117, area 1,259.7 m2, both of the cadastral measurement pieces of dated December 617-2023 approved by the Department of Natural Resources and Environment (old). The enforcement process is guaranteed to be public, transparent, legal and absolutely safe.
Before the enforcement period, the Ward People's Committee had fully implemented the steps of publicizing the compensation, support and resettlement plan; organized dialogues, mobilized and propagated many times for households to comply with land handover. However, because the above households have not cooperated and have not properly implemented the content of the Land Reclaimment Decision, the Ward People's Committee is forced to take enforcement measures according to regulations. Immediately after completing the procedures according to regulations, the Enforcement Board handed over the site to the construction unit to take over and implement the next items of the project.
