On October 29, according to information from the Land Fund Development Center of Dong Nai province, to implement the Project to convert Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park into an urban - commercial - service area and improve the environment, the unit has so far compensated and cleared 135 hectares of clean land, reaching more than 45% of the total allocated area.
Area 1 reached 39.5 hectares, area 2 reached 42 hectares and area 3 reached 53 hectares.
Currently, some enterprises in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park have committed to handing over in the fourth quarter of 2025, but there are still some enterprises that have not committed to the handover deadline.
According to the Land Fund Development Center of Dong Nai province, to implement the Project to convert Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park into an urban - commercial - service area and improve the environment, Dong Nai needs to relocate all businesses and households out of Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park, reclaiming 329 hectares of land.
Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park was established in 1963, the oldest industrial park in Vietnam. This industrial park is located in a prime location, adjacent to National Highway 1A, National Highway 51, Dong Nai River.
