On October 28, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province issued an official dispatch on investment in traffic routes connecting Long Duc 3 industrial parks and Bau Can - Tan Hiep industrial parks (phase 1).
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee commented that according to the 1/2000 scale zoning plan for Long Duc 3 industrial park (in Binh An commune and Long Thanh commune) and Bau Can - Tan Hiep industrial park phase 1 (in Long Duc commune and Phuoc Thai commune), the scope of the two above-mentioned projects includes the Vu Hong Pho route and Phuoc Binh - Bau Can - Cam Duong route through the two industrial parks. Therefore, the responsibility for investing in the two routes belongs to the investor.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Project Management Board of Region 5 to review the provisions of the law on public investment to organize the implementation of adjusting the investment policy (if any), adjusting the investment project of Vu Hong Pho route, Phuoc Binh - Bau Can - Cam Duong route within the scope of the above 2 industrial parks out of the project according to regulations.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also proposed to urgently implement 2 projects to ensure infrastructure connection to the industrial park boundary.
According to the provincial Department of Finance, Vu Hong Pho route is more than 3km long with the starting point intersecting with Le Duan Street, the end point intersecting with DT 769 Road, of which the section passing through the industrial park is 1.2km long. The project is implementing the construction drawing design step - estimate and is expected to start construction in 2025; The progress of the Vu Hong Pho road project is synchronous with the progress of the Long Duc 3 Industrial Park Infrastructure project.
Long Duc 3 Industrial Park Joint Stock Company proposed to assign the company to invest in the Vu Hong Pho section of the road passing through the industrial park with a length of about 1.2km from the enterprise's capital and hand it over to the locality for management and operation.
The Phuoc Binh - Bau Can - Cam Duong route is more than 6km long, with the starting point intersecting with Phuoc Binh road, the end point intersecting with Thai Hiep Thanh intersection, the section passing through Bau Can - Tan Hiep industrial park (phase 1) is about 2.28km long. Currently, the Project Management Board of Region 5 is coordinating with the Land Fund Development Center of Long Thanh branch to implement compensation and site clearance for the project.
Tan Hiep Industrial Park Joint Stock Company proposed to assign the company to invest in the Phuoc Binh - Bau Can - Cam Duong section passing through Long Duc Industrial Park with a length of about 2.28km from the enterprise's capital and hand it over to the locality for management and operation.
On October 9, 2025, Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee Vo Tan Duc chaired a working session with departments, branches, localities and investors related to compensation and site clearance for 3 industrial parks including: Long Duc 3, Bau Can - Tan Hiep (phase 1) and Xuan Que - Song Nhan (phase 1). Concluding the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Tan Duc requested relevant units to be more active in site clearance, ensuring sufficient conditions to start construction of 3 industrial parks on December 19, 2025.
