On July 14, according to a notice issued by the Da Nang City Land Fund Development Center, the announcement of the short-term land lease list aims to effectively exploit the land fund managed by the unit, meeting the land needs of organizations and individuals.
The land plots offered for lease in this phase have the purpose of use as traffic works land, including building warehouses, car garages and parking lots. The expected time for organizing the lease and selecting land tenants will take place in the second quarter of 2026.
Currently, the Land Fund Development Center is coordinating with relevant units to determine and submit for approval the starting price for lease and implement the steps to select land tenants in accordance with the law.
Among the announced locations, the group of resettlement land plots is concentrated entirely in Hoa Khanh ward with a lease term of 36 months. The first area is area No. 7 of the expanded Northwest New Urban Center, including 25 land plots from plot No. 49 to plot No. 73, adjacent to Hoang Trung Thong, Tran Dieu Luat and Hoa Phu 10 streets with an area of 2,746 m2. The second area also belongs to area No. 7 of this project but includes 18 plots from plot No. 75 to plot No. 92, located on the front of Hoa Phu 10 street with an area of 1,641.6 m2. The third area is area No. 7 of the Northwest New Urban Center phase 2 including 21 plots located on the front of Nam Tran street with a total area of 2,243.1 m2.
For the group of large land plots, the city is implementing short-term leases of 24 months in Son Tra and Hai Chau wards. In Son Tra ward, there are three land plots located in the middle of the Da Nang Oil and Gas Product Warehouse and the Standing Militia Flotilla Barracks. Among them, the land plot coded DT has the largest area of 16,145 m2 adjacent to the front of Yet Kieu street and the 7.5m planned road; the land plot coded TL has an area of 4,533 m2 adjacent to the 7.5m planned road; and the land plot coded CN has an area of 3,305 m2 also adjacent to the 7.5m planned road. The remaining large land plot is located at No. 19 Le Hong Phong, Hai Chau ward, with a front adjacent to Le Hong Phong street with a total area of 586.2 m2.
The notice on this land lease list has now been sent to specialized agencies and People's Committees of relevant communes and wards so that organizations and individuals in need of land lease can promptly grasp information and register to participate in accordance with regulations.
