On September 2, at Phu My An urban area (Ngu Hanh Son ward), Da Nang city held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Regal Complex 5-star complex project with a total investment of more than 1,500 billion VND.
This is one of 6 key projects started on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day on September 2, marking a strong transformation of the coastal city of the Central region.
The project includes 2 towers with 20 floors and 2 basements, with a total of 683 luxury apartments and penthouses. An important highlight is the base of the commercial center with a scale of more than 8,000 m2 per floor, which is expected to gather flagship stores of global brands, present for the first time in Da Nang.
Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Vice Chairwoman of the Da Nang People's Committee Nguyen Thi Anh Thi said that the simultaneous groundbreaking of key projects on the occasion of National Day on September 2 not only has significance in terms of infrastructure, economy - society, but also demonstrates the city's strong aspiration to become a modern, dynamic and livable city.
According to the plan, the Regal Complex project invested by Regal Group Joint Stock Company will be completed and handed over in the first quarter of 2028.
When put into operation, Regal Complex will not only contribute to enhancing the appearance of the urban area in the South of Da Nang but also become a new luxury complex symbol of the city, contributing to enhancing Da Nang's position on the map of global urban areas.
