Voters reflected that in Da Nang City, there are still many planning projects that are suspended, delayed or have not been implemented for a long time, seriously affecting the rights and lives of people.
Specifically, the Hoa Khuong Dong village area (Ba Na commune); The resettlement project north of the Southern beltway in Man Quang 2 residential area, Hoa Quy ward (old) (there was a plan and decision to reclaim land since 2008). Areas in Nui Thanh commune and Quang Phu ward (planned since 2007).
The above situation makes it impossible for people to build, repair houses, separate plots, change land use purposes, and apply for land use right certificates;
At the same time, it pollutes the environment, makes it difficult for people's lives and economic development.
Voters recommended that Da Nang City direct competent agencies to urgently review and evaluate the feasibility of the plans; speed up the implementation of feasible projects; have plans to adjust, cancel, and reclaim projects that are no longer suitable to ensure the legitimate and legal rights of the people.

The Standing Committee of the City People's Council issued Notice No. 18/TB-HDND on the results of the thematic supervision "Review and handling of detailed planning projects that are slow to be implemented according to the provisions of law; quality in establishing and adjusting detailed construction planning in the city".
The People's Committee of Da Nang City issued Official Letter No. 6626/UBND-SXD on the implementation of the conclusion of the Standing Committee of the City People's Council on the results of thematic supervision of the work of reviewing and handling detailed planning projects that are slow to be implemented according to the provisions of law; quality in establishing and adjusting detailed construction planning in the city;
Accordingly, the City People's Committee assigned the task to departments, branches, People's Committees of districts and towns (now People's Committees of wards, communes, and special zones) to organize implementation.
The Department of Construction has issued Official Letter No. 511/SXD-QHKT&PTDT reporting to the City People's Committee on the implementation of planning review in the city, specifically as follows:
Speed up the implementation of feasible projects:
According to the review conclusion, it is required to organize the classification and propose a handling plan for 421 plans. Currently, there have been groupings and proposals for 256/421 plans (the remaining number of planning projects is 165 under grouping and proposals for planning according to the conclusions of the planning review to speed up the implementation of feasible projects).
There are plans to adjust, cancel, and revoke unsuitable projects:

Agree to cancel 24 boundary charts (According to the conclusion of reviewing 16 and reviewing, additional steps have been issued).
Currently, 4/24 boundary charts have been canceled (continuing to cancel 20 boundary charts).
Canceling the plan:
Agree to cancel 36 plans (According to the conclusion of reviewing 35 and reviewing additional arising 1).
Currently, 21/36 plans have been canceled (continuing to cancel 15 plans that are no longer suitable).
