Voters of Nui Thanh commune proposed that the City People's Committee direct the Department of Construction and the People's Committee of Nui Thanh commune to coordinate in reviewing and settling site clearance costs to accurately determine the funding that the investor needs to continue to allocate for site clearance for the road leading to the Quang Nam - Quang Ngai expressway overpass (the section passing through the old Tam My Dong commune) so that the Ministry of Construction has a basis to implement the next steps.
Responding to voters at the comments portal on August 28, the Department of Construction of Da Nang City said that, implementing the direction of the People's Committee of Quang Nam province (old) in Official Dispatch No. 7289/UBND-KTN, the People's Committee of Nui Thanh district (old) approved the settlement of the completed phase 1 (sub-project for compensation and site clearance for the Da Nang - Quang Ngai Expressway project) in Decision No. 9430/QD-UBND with a value of VND 202,751,363,486.
The Nui Thanh District Land Fund Development Center (old) - the agency assigned to carry out compensation and site clearance for the Da Nang - Quang Ngai Expressway project, the section passing through Nui Thanh - has issued 2 documents (Oftices No. 513/PTQD and Official Letter No. 172/PTQD) to the Vietnam Expressway Corporation (VEC), the Da Nang - Quang Ngai Expressway Project Management Board requesting additional funding of VND 6,020,081,000.
Of which, the cost of site clearance is 830,298,848 VND to continue performing the task. However, up to now, the funding has not been provided as requested.
The Department of Construction of Da Nang City will continue to coordinate with relevant units to grasp the implementation situation, so that voters can know.
