On March 19, Da Nang City People's Committee announced that it had just issued Official Dispatch 1784/UBND-SXD dated March 17, 2026 on implementing Decree No. 357/2025/ND-CP dated December 31, 2025 of the Government on building and managing information systems, databases on housing and the real estate market.
Accordingly, the Chairman of the City People's Committee requested the Heads of relevant agencies and units to proactively study and organize the implementation of Decree No. 357 according to their assigned functions and tasks.
Implement the review, collection, and standardization of information and data on housing and the real estate market that existed before Decree No. 357 took effect to share and provide to the information system and database on housing and the real estate market.
Continue to implement the reporting and information provision regime as prescribed in Decree No. 94/2024/ND-CP dated July 24, 2024 of the Government until the upgrading, standardization and connection are completed within the time limit specified in Clause 1, Article 40 of Decree No. 357/2025/ND-CP.
The Department of Construction announces agencies, organizations, and individuals violating the provisions of Decree No. 357/2025/ND-CP on the City Electronic Information Portal. The focal point for receiving information related to housing and the real estate market in the area provided by agencies and organizations.
Share and provide information to state management agencies in accordance with the law. Implement or select organizations with sufficient capacity to survey, collect, and analyze information, serving the construction of a database on housing and the real estate market in the city.
The Department of Finance shall preside over and coordinate with the Department of Construction, Department of Science and Technology to advise the City People's Committee to report to the City People's Council for consideration and decision on annual funding from the city budget for investigation and information collection to serve the construction of databases, management and operation of databases on housing and the real estate market, and investment, maintenance, and upgrading of information technology infrastructure as prescribed.
The Department of Science and Technology shall ensure connection and intercommunication between the database on housing and the real estate market in the city and other relevant specialized databases.
