On March 12, according to an announcement from the Da Nang City Land Fund Development Center, the unit has just completed the scoring and selection of auction organizations for large-scale public assets.
Specifically, the auctioned assets are land use rights for 64 land plots located in locations in Da Nang city. The total starting price of these land plots is determined to be more than 330 billion VND.
Out of a total of 64 land plots, Ngu Hanh Son ward accounts for the largest number with 27 plots, concentrated in the Southeast Bus Station area, Dong Tra low-income residential area (phase 3) and Khai Tay 2 resettlement area (Ba Tung expanded). Among them, the frontage plots on Minh Mang street have the highest starting price, more than 74.81 million VND/m2, equivalent to more than 7.4 billion VND/plot.
Son Tra Ward has 15 land plots, distributed in Man Thai 3, Nai Hien Dong resettlement areas and Tho Quang seafood service industrial park. The starting price of plots in this area ranges from 40.7 to 71 million VND/m2; the land plot in An Hoa 4 residential area (located Van Don - Nai Thinh 6) is priced at more than 71 million VND/m2, with a total value of over 11.3 billion VND.
In Hai Van ward, there are 9 land plots with the lowest starting price, from 10.7 to 18.9 million VND/m2, equivalent to about 1.45–2.5 billion VND/plot. Lien Chieu ward also has 9 plots, with common starting prices from 9.9 to 18.6 million VND/m2.
2 land plots in Hoa Xuan ward, located in the residential area of Nam Cau Cam Le, with a starting price of 33.34 million VND/m2, each plot is worth more than 5.3 billion VND. An Khe ward has 2 land plots in residential area No. 2 Phan Lang, the starting price ranges from 67.7 to 72.7 million VND/m2, equivalent to about 9–9.4 billion VND/plot.
After the dossier review process, Vietnam Auction Partnership Company became the organizer of this auction with a total score of 97.5.
