In this sale, the investor launched a total of 849 social housing apartments on the market. The number of apartments is specifically allocated in the building blocks, including 336 apartments belonging to XH1 block, 345 apartments belonging to XH2 block and the remaining 168 apartments located in XH3 block.
According to the Da Nang City Department of Construction, the registration period will start from April 16 and last until the end of May 16, 2026.
