On August 11, the Da Nang Department of Construction announced the receipt of a request for the investor of a social housing project at the A2-4 land plot, Ngu Hanh Son Street and the access road to Tien Son Bridge (Ngu Hanh Son Ward). This is a project that has been approved by the City People's Committee for investment in Decision No. 1942/QD-UBND dated June 24, 2025.
The project has a total investment of more than VND 1,225 billion, an area of 7,060.4m2, a construction density of about 39.6%, including a maximum of 31-storey social apartment building (129m). The total floor area is over 70,230m2, of which the housing part is about 63,940m2, including 831 apartments with an area of 25 - 70m2, accommodating about 1,299 people.

In addition to the housing item, the project also has a parking lot of about 7,015m2, 1,495m2 green trees and an internal traffic system of 2,630.4m2. The implementation period is from 2026 to 2030, in line with the city's social housing development targets for the period 2026 - 2030.
The project operates for a period of 50 years from the date the investor is decided to allocate or lease land. The form of assigning investors without bidding is according to regulations.
The Department of Construction will receive the dossier from August 12 to September 10, 2025, presiding over the coordination with relevant agencies to appraise and submit to the City People's Committee for decision on the investor's assignment.
