Dak Lak is about to auction 933 plots of land, with a total starting value of more than VND 2,300 billion

On August 6, the Dak Lak Provincial Land Fund Development Center informed that from now until the end of 2025, the authorities will auction 933 plots of land in 59 projects with a total starting price of more than VND 2,300 billion.

Of which, the authorities plan to successfully auction 714 plots of land (reaching 76.52% of the total number of plots of land put up for auction), expected to collect about 2,000 billion VND from the State budget.

In the near future, the Office of the Dak Lak Provincial Land Fund Development Center will auction 293 plots of land in 2 projects with a total starting price of more than 420 billion VND.

According to the Dak Lak Provincial Land Fund Development Center, the auction of land plots will be conducted publicly and transparently, in accordance with the provisions of law.

In particular, many "golden land" plots in Buon Ma Thuot ward and Tuy Hoa ward promise to attract the attention of many organizations and individuals submitting documents to participate in the auction.

Specifically, the Buon Ma Thuot branch will auction 83 plots of land. Tuy Hoa branch auctioned 332 plots of land, expected to collect more than 1,300 billion VND to the State budget. Currently, 6/8 projects have completed the auction organization process, expected to be held in the fourth quarter of 2025.

According to statistics from the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee, from the beginning of the year to the end of July 2025, the total state budget revenue will reach VND 9,211 billion, equal to 68.75% of the estimate assigned by the Central Government and 56.47% of the estimate assigned by the province.

In particular, land use fee revenue reached VND 2,643 billion, reaching 70.14% of the estimate assigned by the Central Government and 41.16% of the estimate assigned by the province.
