At around 00:15 on August 6, people in Nui Truc alley suddenly saw mud and foam foaming in a plot of land surrounded by corrugated iron to serve the construction of the kindergarten project. The incident occurred right after a heavy rain that lasted from the evening of August 5.
About 30 minutes later, the mud was about 20cm thick in the construction area of the project and overflowed into Nui Truc alley. People promptly notified the local authorities and the Hanoi Urban Railway Management Board (MRB).
Through inspection by the authorities, the solution used to spray the spray was mainly foam. MrB has proactively coordinated with local authorities to mobilize sandbags to block the mud area, and is mobilizing suction machines to fix the problem.
Nui Truc Alley is an alley parallel to Alley 7 Giang Van Minh - where a similar incident occurred when the TBM 1 metro Nhon - Hanoi Railway Station tunnel excavator passed (in February 2025). It is known that the TBM 2 is currently passing through the Nui Truc alley area.
