The Property Auction Service Center (Hanoi Department of Justice) announces the organization of an auction of residential land use rights for 15 land plots from LK3_12 to LK3_26 belonging to Cau Loc - Giao Ha area, Ngoc Tao commune (now Hat Mon commune), Hanoi city.
The total land area is 1,363.28m2, of which the area of each plot ranges from 83.21m2 to 109.88m2. The starting price is 12,49,000 VND/m2.
Land plots allocated by the State are subject to land use fees, long-term use, and separate forms of use for each plot. Auctions are carried out simultaneously for land plots and retail for each plot.
The auction method is to bid up, in the form of direct voting at the auction session, with a maximum of 3 rounds. Specifically, in each auction round, participants are issued bid slips to record the desired price. People registering to auction multiple land plots will be issued the corresponding number of slips.
The ballot counting time is 5 minutes from the time the auctioneer announces the start. After the ballot counting time is over, the participant votes in the ballot box for 5 minutes. After the voting ends or when all participants have completed the voting, the auctioneer opens the ballot box, counts, announces the number of votes issued, the number of votes collected, the number of valid and invalid votes, and announces the highest bidding price under the supervision of at least one auctioneer and representative of the asset owner.
The starting price of round 2 and round 3 is determined by the highest valid payment price of the previous adjacent round. The price step is specified as follows: in round 1, the fixed difference is 30,770,000 VND/m2; in round 2 and round 3, the minimum difference is 200,000 VND/m2 applicable to land plots put up for auction.
Time and place to receive applications for auction participation: At the headquarters of the Asset Auction Service Center from 8:00 AM on May 19, 2026 to 5:00 PM on June 2, 2026; At the headquarters of the Hat Mon Commune Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board from 8:00 AM on June 1, 2026 to 5:00 PM on June 2, 2026.
The auction session will be held at 8:30 am on June 5, 2026 at the Hall of the Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board of Hat Mon commune. Auction participants are present before 8:00 am to complete procedures to enter the auction room and bring their citizen identification cards (original) for comparison and inspection.
