On May 14, the Property Auction Center (under the Phu Tho Provincial Department of Justice) issued document No. 22/TB-ĐGTS, announcing the auction of assets that are land use rights for 4 residential land plots in the residential area in the Lang Cau field area; 4 residential land plots in the resettlement area of the QL32C route adjustment project, Viet Tri ward.
With 4 land plots in the residential area of Lang Cau field, both with an area of 110m2, the starting price is 30 million VND/m2, the total amount according to the starting price is 3.3 billion VND/land plot; the deposit for each land plot is 990 million VND.
With 4 land plots in the resettlement area of the QL32C route adjustment project, with the same area of 111.5m2, starting price of 13 million VND/m2, the total amount according to the starting price is nearly 1.45 billion VND/plot; the deposit for each land plot is 434 million VND.
Auction form: Indirect ballot; auction method: Upward bid.
Time to receive dossiers: During office hours (except Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) from 7:30 am on May 14, 2026 to 5:00 pm on May 27, 2026, at Phu Tho Provincial Property Auction Service Center (address No. 408, Nguyen Tat Thanh street, Viet Tri ward, Phu Tho province).
The auction session (price announcement) will start from 8:00 AM on May 30, 2026, at the Hall of Phu Tho Provincial Conference Center (address No. 936, Hung Vuong street, Thanh Mieu ward, Phu Tho province).
