Hung Vuong road (people often call it road 35) is a main traffic route, passing through Phu Ha Industrial Park, Phu Tho ward, Phong Chau ward of Phu Tho province.
In recent years, the "industrial park effect" has helped the area on both sides of Hung Vuong street develop rapidly in terms of transportation infrastructure, urban areas, and commercial services, causing land prices along Hung Vuong street to increase sharply.
According to Mr. Han Duc Manh - a real estate businessman in the former Phu Tho town area (CMT Real Estate Company), the current land price on Hung Vuong street ranges from 6 - 8 billion VND for a 5m roadside land plot.

When Phu Ha Industrial Park is increasingly crowded with workers, experts, and foreigners, the increase in land prices along Hung Vuong street is obvious. Although the price is high, if there are sellers, there will be buyers" - Mr. Manh shared.
One of the real estate "sources" on Hung Vuong street that is being noticed is land plots belonging to the project: Building Phu Ha market infrastructure and auctioning land use rights in 2 communes Phu Ho, Ha Thach, former Phu Tho town (now Phong Chau ward).
According to records of Lao Dong Newspaper reporters in mid-May, the auction infrastructure area is located adjacent to Hung Vuong street and Phu Ha industrial park (opposite Thanh Long gas station).

It can be seen that the land plot has a convenient location for transportation, only about 900m from National Highway 2, about more than 3km from IC9 intersection of Noi Bai - Lao Cai expressway, about 4.5km from Ngoc Thap bridge...
According to a leader of the Phong Chau Ward Project Management Board (under the Ward People's Committee), 63 residential land plots under the above project are expected to be auctioned in June 2026.

Previously, Phong Chau Ward People's Committee approved the auction of land use rights and approved the starting price for 63 land plots.
Land plots with urban residential land use purposes, areas from 112m2 to 169.9m2 (mainly 120m2), starting unit prices from 20.1 million VND to nearly 43.7 million VND/m2 (equivalent to more than 2.4 billion VND to nearly 4.9 billion VND/plot).
