Lac Viet Partnership Auction Company has just announced the organization of an auction of residential land use rights for 20 land plots in Tam Quan area, Nam Phu village, Nam Phong commune, former Phu Xuyen district (now Phu Xuyen commune) and the area adjacent to My Lam Primary School, My Lam village, Phu Xuyen commune, Hanoi City.
The total area of land plots is 1,848.9m2; each land plot has an area of 88 - 104m2, starting price 12,053,000 VND/m2.
The purpose of land use is residential land in rural areas. The form of land allocation is that the State allocates land with land use fees, long-term use term.
The auction session is organized according to the up-pricing method, in the form of direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction session, with a maximum of 3 rounds. The results are publicly announced. The maximum time to write and vote for bids for each round is 10 minutes. Auctioneers will publicly announce and guide the contents recorded in the auction ticket.
At the first auction round, the price step for Tam Quan area, Nam Phu village is 25,000,000,000 VND/m2; for the area adjacent to My Lam Primary School, My Lam village is 23,000,000,000 VND/m2. From the second round onwards, the price step applied to all land plots is at least 1,000,000 VND/m2.
Time for selling and receiving bids from 8:00 AM on May 14, 2026 to 5:00 PM on May 27, 2026.
The locations for selling and receiving dossiers include the Phu Xuyen Commune Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board (Thao Chinh sub-zone, Phu Xuyen commune, Hanoi City) and the headquarters of Lac Viet Joint Venture Auction Company.
The auction is scheduled to take place at 8:30 am on May 30, 2026 (Saturday) at the Hall of Phu Xuyen Commune Cultural House, Thao Chinh sub-area, Phu Xuyen commune, Hanoi City. Auction participants must be present at least 30 minutes in advance to complete the procedures.
