On the morning of May 17, Hung Dao Commune People's Committee successfully organized an auction session for residential land use rights for 17 land plots belonging to land plots LK2 and LK3 of the project to build technical infrastructure for the residential land use right auction area DG31 in Yen Quan village, Tan Phu commune, former Quoc Oai district (now Hung Dao commune, Hanoi City).

The total area of land plots offered for auction is 1,475.8m2. The starting price for land plots LK2 is 9,191,000 VND/m2, while land plots LK3 have a starting price of 9,395,000 VND/m2.
The land plots are used separately, with the purpose of using rural residential land, and are allocated land by the State with land use fees for a long term. The auction session is organized in the form of direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction session (maximum 2 rounds), according to the up-pricing method.


As a result, the land plot with the lowest winning price reached 55,395,000 VND/m2, while the land plot with the highest winning price reached 73,395,000 VND/m2. The total winning bid amount reached 92.989 billion VND.
According to Hung Dao Commune People's Committee, the successful organization of the land use right auction at DG31 project contributes to increasing revenue for the local budget, creating conditions for the commune to continue investing in completing technical infrastructure, social infrastructure, improving the quality of people's lives, and at the same time promoting urban development according to the set direction.
