In Phu Tho province, 16 residential land plots in Huong Chan 1 area, Phu Khe commune will be auctioned for land use rights in the near future in the form of indirect voting.
According to the notice of LTA Joint Venture Auction Company, the land plots with symbols from LK-01 to LK-16, uniform area of 125m2/plot, the purpose of use is rural residential land, long-term term of use.
The starting price offered is 4.8 million VND/m2, equivalent to about 600 million VND/plot. The deposit is 120 million VND/plot, the price step applied is 100,000 VND/m2.
The above price does not include taxes, fees and charges related to land use right transfer.
The time to sell and receive auction participation dossiers is from May 12 to the end of May 25, 2026. People can buy dossiers at the headquarters of LTA Joint Venture Auction Company or Phu Khe Commune People's Committee.
The auction is scheduled to take place at 8:00 AM on May 28th at the Hall of Phu Khe Commune People's Committee.
The organizing unit said that auction participants must be subject to land allocation and land lease by the State according to the provisions of the 2024 Land Law and not be prohibited from participating in property auctions.
The auction form applied is indirect voting, according to the upward bidding method. The valid bid price must be equal to or higher than the starting price and in accordance with the prescribed price step.
According to regulations, the auction winner must fulfill financial obligations within the prescribed time limit. In case of late payment or failure to pay land use fees, the auction winning result will be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded.
