Thai Nguyen Provincial Property Auction Service Center has just announced the auction of the right to use 29 land plots at the Nhi Hoa Residential Area Project, old Dong Bam Ward (now Linh Son Ward), Thai Nguyen City.
Land plots with an area of 77.7 - 250.1 m2, mostly about 100 m2, are all urban residential land for long-term use. Some plots are located at the corner, adjacent to two sides of the road or have airy surfaces.
The lowest starting price is from 3.6 million VND/m2 for plots adjacent to planned roads 12 m wide. Plots located on 21 m roads have prices from 7.2 million VND/m2. The highest announced price is 7.92 million VND/m2 for plots with good locations.
According to regulations, participants must pay a deposit equal to 50% of the starting price of the registered auctioned land plot. The deposit amount ranges from about 180 - 522 million VND/plot.
Application submission time is from May 14 to 5:00 PM on June 3, 2026 at the Thai Nguyen Provincial Property Auction Service Center. The auction is expected to be held from 7:00 AM on June 6, 2026 at Linh Son Ward People's Committee.
The auction form is direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction session using the up-pricing method.
The auction is expected to attract the attention of people and investors thanks to the area being invested in infrastructure, and the starting price is relatively suitable compared to the general level in Thai Nguyen province.
