Thai Nguyen Provincial Property Auction Service Center has just announced the organization of an auction of 17 land plots in Duong Tu Minh Residential Area, Phu Luong commune, expected to take place at the end of June 2026.
According to the notice, the asset put up for auction is the right to use residential land in urban areas (ODT) belonging to Duong Tu Minh Residential Area, formerly belonging to Du town, now Duong Tu Minh hamlet, Phu Luong commune.
Land plots allocated by the State with land use fees collected through auctions, with a long-term term of use.
The land has completed site clearance and is being invested in and technical infrastructure is being completed according to the project progress approved by competent authorities.
The starting price of land plots ranges from 7.5 million VND/m2 to 8.25 million VND/m2, depending on the location of each land plot. The regulated price step is 300,000 VND/m2.

Auction participants must pay a deposit equal to 30% of the starting price of the registered land plot, along with a dossier purchase fee of 100,000 - 200,000 VND/dossier.
According to the plan, people in need can see the actual land area from June 9th to the end of June 16th. Auction registration documents are sold and received from June 9th to 5pm on June 23rd at the Thai Nguyen Provincial Property Auction Service Center.
On June 18, the sale and receipt of dossiers were carried out at Phu Luong Commune People's Committee.
The deposit deadline lasts until 5:00 PM on June 23. The auction is scheduled to be held at 8:00 AM on June 26 at Phu Luong Commune People's Committee.
The auction is conducted in the form of indirect voting and a bidding method. Each participant is only allowed to bid once for each registered auctioned asset.
The Thai Nguyen Provincial Property Auction Service Center notes that participants need to prepare complete dossiers according to regulations, including registration forms for auction participation, bid forms, copies of personal papers and fulfill financial obligations within the prescribed time limit.
