The People's Committee of Hung Dao commune, Hanoi city, has just successfully organized a land use right auction for 19 land plots belonging to land plots LK1 and LK4 of the project to build technical infrastructure for the residential land use right auction area DG31 in Yen Quan village, Tan Phu commune, former Quoc Oai district (now Hung Dao commune, Hanoi city).
The total area of land plots is 1,754.4m2, the starting price ranges from 9,101,000 VND/m2 to 9,255,000 VND/m2.
The auction attracted the attention of a large number of people and investors to participate.
The auction results show the attractiveness of the land plot when the lowest winning price reached 53.255 million VND/m2, while the land plot with the highest winning price reached 83.101 million VND/m2. The total amount collected from the auction session reached 116.179 billion VND.
According to Hung Dao Commune People's Committee, the successful organization of the auction of land plots under the DG31 project will contribute to increasing revenue for the local budget. Thereby, creating conditions to continue investing in completing technical infrastructure, social infrastructure, improving the quality of people's lives and promoting urban development according to the set direction.
It is expected that on May 17, Joint Venture Auction Company No. 5 - National will organize an auction of residential land use rights for 17 land plots belonging to the project of building technical infrastructure for the residential land use rights auction area ĐG31, Yen Quan village, Tan Phu commune, old Quoc Oai district (now Hung Dao commune, Hanoi city). The total area of land plots is 1,475.8m2; the starting price ranges from 9,191,000 VND/m2 to 9,395,000 VND/m2.
The auction is scheduled to take place at 8:30 am on May 17, 2026 at the Hall of Hung Dao Commune People's Committee. Auction participants need to be present at least 60 minutes in advance to complete the procedures. In case of authorization to participate in the auction, there must be a valid authorization document, notarized in accordance with legal regulations, which clearly states the information of the auction session, work content, time limit, rights and responsibilities of the parties.
