Vietnam Auction Joint Venture Company has just announced the organization of an auction of land use rights for 22 land plots in the land auction area of land use rights along the dyke of Kim Ha village, Kim Lu commune, former Soc Son district (now Da Phuc commune, Hanoi city).
The total area of 22 land plots is 2,255m2, the area of each plot ranges from 83.5m2 to 196.2m2. The starting price applied is 19,173,690 VND/m2 for each land plot.
Land plots are auctioned in groups, in the form of direct secret ballot 1 round at the auction session.
The price step applied to 22 land plots is 200,000 VND/m2. The selling price of invitation documents to participate in the auction is 200,000 VND/dossier/land plot.
Each participant can register to auction multiple land plots, but each land plot must submit one dossier and a corresponding deposit. In case of registering multiple land plots, participants must pay the dossier and deposit amount corresponding to the number of registered plots. Auction participants are responsible for the completeness and accuracy of the dossier according to the regulations in the notice, auction regulations and must keep their registered information confidential.
The time to sell and receive invitations to participate in the auction starts from 8:00 AM on May 11, 2026 to 5:00 PM on May 27, 2026. Applications are sold and received at the Da Phuc Commune Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board and the headquarters of Vietnam Auction Partnership Company.
The auction is scheduled to take place at 8:30 am on May 31, 2026 (Sunday) at the hall of Da Phuc Commune People's Committee. Auction participants must be present from 7:30 am on May 31, 2026 to complete procedures to enter the auction room. In case of authorizing participation in the auction, the authorized person must present a valid authorization document, which clearly states the scope and content of the authorization.
