The Land Fund Development Center of Me Linh district in coordination with Vietnam Auction Joint Stock Company has just successfully organized an auction of land use rights for 29 plots of land at point X7, Nai Chau village, Chu Phan commune, Me Linh district on April 4.
The auction (Phase 1) auctioned 29 land lots, each lot has an area of 100 - 177.64m2 (from lot 35 - 65), a total area of 3,016.84 m2. The starting price of each plot of land is 5,604,000 VND. The auction attracted more than 100 customers with 400 registrations. After a period of public and transparent auctions, all 29/29 plots of land were successfully auctioned, collecting 120 billion VND from the budget, the highest winning price was 50,604,000 VND/m2, the lowest winning price was 30,604,000 VND/m2.
It is expected that the remaining 58 plots of land at point X7, Nai Chau village, Chu Phan commune will continue to be auctioned in the second phase on April 11, 2025 and the third phase on April 18, 2025.
The auctioned land has a total area of 24,606.3m2, of which the auctioned land is 9,163.33m2, divided into 87 plots. Location, boundary of the land, northeast borders the commune dyke route (Red River dyke - Provincial Road 308), southeast borders the Red River dyke, the remaining sides borders agricultural land.
The land has been completed to build technical infrastructure around the project and is connected to the regional technical infrastructure system, especially with many amenities near schools, commune administrative centers, densely populated areas... The auctioned plots are all residential land with long-term use, the form of land use is the state's allocation of land with land use fees.
