On February 10, Kieu Phu Commune People's Committee coordinated with Joint Stock Auction Company No. 5 - National to successfully organize the auction of residential land use rights for 33 land plots in the Technical Infrastructure area of the residential land use rights auction area XK2-CH and XK3-CH located between Can Thuong village and Can Ha village.
This is the 2nd auction of Kieu Phu commune since the implementation of the two-level government model.
At the auction, Joint Stock Auction Company No. 5 - National conducted auctions for 33 land plots, of which the smallest plot was 98m2, the largest plot was 145.4m2, the starting price applied to all land plots was 8.016 million VND/m2. There were 243 dossiers eligible to participate in the auction.
As a result, all 33 land plots were successfully auctioned, of which the lowest priced land plot was 28.016 million VND/m2, and the highest auctioned lot was 50.016 million VND/m2.
The total amount collected from the auction of residential land use rights at the Technical Infrastructure of the residential land use rights auction area XK2-CH and XK3-CH located between Can Thuong village and Can Ha village is more than 145.263 billion VND.
