Tay Phuong Commune People's Committee has just coordinated with Joint Stock Auction Company No. 5 - National to organize an auction of residential land use rights for 44 land plots in the area. This is the first auction session of the commune since the implementation of the two-level government model, attracting the attention of a large number of people and investors.
On the morning of February 8, the Organizing Committee successfully auctioned 22 land plots in Binh Xa village (symbol BP01), with an area of each plot from 69.2m2 to 117.1m2. The starting price of the land plots ranged from 11.82 million VND/m2 to 18.46 million VND/m2. The auction was organized in the form of direct voting in multiple rounds at the hall, with a maximum of two rounds, according to the up-pricing method.
As a result, 100% of land plots were successfully auctioned. In which, the highest winning price reached 164.46 million VND/m2, the lowest winning price was 63.82 million VND/m2.
In the afternoon of the same day, National Joint Stock Auction Company No. 5 continued to organize auctions for residential land use rights for 20 plots in Ma Co area (Zone X2) and 2 plots in Dong Nga area (phase 3). Land plots with areas from 68.55m2 to 150m2, starting price from 10.84 million VND/m2 to 50.84 million VND/m2. The form and method of auction are implemented similarly to the morning session.
All land plots in the afternoon auction were successfully auctioned, with the highest winning price reaching 96.84 million VND/m2, and the lowest winning price being 62.84 million VND/m2.
According to Tay Phuong Commune People's Committee, the land plots put up for auction all have locations suitable for planning, development potential and technical infrastructure are being gradually invested in, meeting the housing land needs of the people. Through auctions, the locality effectively exploits the land fund, increases revenue for the budget, creates conditions for investment in infrastructure construction and promotes socio-economic development in the area.
