On January 30, according to PV's investigation, Phu Tho Partnership Auction Company has just issued a notice about organizing an auction of the right to use 38 residential land plots in Yen Lap commune, Phu Tho province.
The auction is carried out according to the asset auction service contract signed between Yen Lap Commune Public Service Center and the auction organizing unit.
According to the announcement, the total area of 38 land plots is up to thousands of square meters, distributed in 3 areas in the commune. Specifically, Ben Son area has 11 land plots with a total area of more than 3,230m2, the starting price ranges from 2.6 to 5.2 million VND/m2.
Tran Dong Mieu area (Pagoda 11, Pagoda 12 area) includes 8 land plots, with a total area of more than 2,077m2, starting price of 4.8 million VND/m2. Thong Nhat area has 3 land plots with a total area of 432m2, starting price of 1.8 million VND/m2.
It is known that the total value of these 38 land plots (according to Notice No. 03/TB-AAPC) is about 30 billion VND.
Each land plot is specifically regulated with the deposit amount, dossier fee and price step according to the notice of the auction organizing unit.
The auction is organized in the form of indirect voting, applying the up-pricing method. The asset viewing period is from January 26 to 28, 2026 at the actual location of the land plots; people in need need need to contact Phu Tho Partnership Auction Company in advance for guidance.
The selling and receiving time for registration to participate in the auction lasts from 8:00 AM on January 23, 2026 to 5:00 PM on February 4, 2026.
Dossiers are sold at the office of Phu Tho Partnership Auction Company (Kim Dong street, Viet Tri ward) and Yen Lap Commune Public Service Center. Participants must submit dossiers and bids in 2 separate envelopes by post in accordance with regulations.
Individuals participating in the auction must be subject to land allocation by the State according to the 2024 Land Law and fully meet the conditions according to the 2024 Property Auction Law and related legal regulations.
