DVL Joint Venture Auction Company has just announced the organization of an auction of land use rights for 8 land plots in plot F, with a total area of 1,596 m2, in land plot D23 in Cau Giay New Urban Area according to Plan No. 135/KH-UBND of Hanoi City People's Committee in 2026.
The land fund offered for auction includes 8 land plots F1, F2, F3, F4, F5, F6, F7, F8 in plot D23 of Cau Giay New Urban Area, Cau Giay ward, Hanoi city. The total auctioned area is 1,596 m2. The area of each plot ranges from 178 - 231 m2, the starting price is from 85.9 - 176.6 million VND/m2.
The location of the land plots is determined in the General Land Use Map adjusted at a scale of 1/500 prepared by Highend Architecture Joint Stock Company, confirmed by Cau Giay District People's Committee on December 31, 2024 in Decision No. 3846/QD-UBND.
Land plots with residential land use purposes, long-term use term. The form of land use is that the State allocates land with land use fees through land use rights auctions.
The land plot put up for auction has been invested by the Cau Giay District Project Management Board (now the Cau Giay Ward Infrastructure Investment Project Management Board) to build technical infrastructure items, including: ground leveling; internal traffic road system according to standards, ensuring synchronous connection with city traffic roads; water supply system; drainage system; power supply system; lighting; telecommunications and tunnel system.
Technical infrastructure has been synchronously invested according to the plan, ensuring full needs and living of residents. Regarding electricity and domestic water systems, after customers win the land use right auction and complete financial obligations, the implementation will be according to Clause 6, Article 229 of the 2024 Land Law.
The auction form is direct voting in multiple rounds, with a maximum of 3 auction rounds for each land plot at the auction session. The auction method is to bid up.
Time for selling auction invitation dossiers and receiving auction participation dossiers from 8:00 AM on August 28, 2026 to before 5:00 PM on September 22, 2026, during office hours of the working day. Location for selling auction invitation dossiers and receiving dossiers at the Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board of Cau Giay Ward and the headquarters of DVL Partnership Auction Company.
The auction is expected to be held at 8:30 am on September 25, 2026 at the Hall of the Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee headquarters in Cau Giay ward, Hanoi city.
