Lac Viet Partnership Auction Company has just announced the auction of land use rights for 8 land plots in Resettlement Area X3, Hoang Mai ward, Hanoi city (phase 2).
The total area of 8 land plots is 1,075.3 m2. The area of each plot ranges from 107.5 - 154.5 m2.
The starting price includes 2 levels: 43,104,000 VND/m2 and 67,999,000 VND/m2, equivalent to from 6.09 billion VND to more than 9.1 billion VND/plot.
Land plots with residential land use purposes, form of land allocation with land use fees and long-term use term.
Regarding the auction method, participants bid up. The auction method is by direct direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction session, with a maximum of 3 rounds.
The results are opened and publicly announced. The maximum time for writing and voting for bids for each auction round is 10 minutes. The auctioneer operating the auction session will publicly and guide the contents recorded in the auction ticket.
The time to sell auction invitation dossiers and receive auction participation dossiers is continuous from the date of listing the asset auction to 2 working days before the opening of the auction session, from 8:00 AM on August 25, 2026 to 5:00 PM on September 7, 2026.
The locations for selling auction invitation documents and receiving auction participation documents include the Hoang Mai Ward Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board and the headquarters of Lac Viet Partnership Auction Company.
The auction session will be held at 8:30 am on September 10, 2026 (Thursday) at the Hall of the Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board of Hoang Mai ward.
