Joint Venture Auction Company No. 5 - National has just announced the organization of an auction session for land use rights for 37 land plots belonging to the Project of Building technical infrastructure to serve the auction of small land use rights, Vang village, Co Bi commune, former Gia Lam district (now Gia Lam commune, Hanoi city).
The total area of 37 land plots is 3,043.5m2. The starting price ranges from 3,5858,000 VND/m2 to 64,432,200 VND/m2.
Land plots with residential land use purposes, long-term use term. The form of land use is land allocation by the State with land use fees collected.
The auction form is direct secret ballot in multiple rounds for each land plot at the auction session, at least 1 round and maximum 3 rounds. The auction method is to bid up.
Time to receive applications for auction participation is from 8:00 AM on August 24, 2026 to 5:00 PM on September 9, 2026, during office hours of the working day.
Auction participants submit dossiers directly to the asset auction organization at the headquarters of the Gia Lam Commune Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board or Auction Partnership Company No. 5 - National.
The auction will be held at 8:30 AM on September 12, 2026 at the Gia Lam Commune Cultural House.
Auction participants must be present at the auction venue at least 60 minutes in advance to complete procedures to enter the auction room.
In case of authorizing participation in the auction, when attending the auction session, there must be a valid document or authorization form, fully notarized in accordance with legal regulations. The content of the authorization must be specific and clear, including information about the auction, authorization work, authorization term, rights and responsibilities of the authorizing party, the authorizing recipient and subject information.
In an auction session, because the auction organization is carried out according to each land plot, one person is only allowed to represent one subject participating in the auction. If they are already participants in the auction for the same land plot at the auction session, they are not allowed to receive authorized representatives of other auction participants when auctioning the same land plot.
