Phu Tho Joint Stock Auction Company has just issued an official notice on organizing the first phase of land use right auctions on a large scale, including 80 residential land plots in Yen Lap commune.
The entire auctioned land is distributed in 5 key areas: Ben Son Area, Chua 12 Area, Tran Dong Mieu Area (Pagoda 11, Pagoda 12), Thong Nhat Area and Dinh Ca Area.
The starting price listed is diverse, from 1.8 million VND/m2 in the lowest price area to 5.2 million VND/m2 in highly rated locations, reflecting the difference in location and potential of each land plot. The total value of land plots auctioned this time is estimated at tens of billions of VND.
According to the plan, the auction method applied is indirect voting by bidding, ensuring transparency and competition.
The time for interested parties to learn about the field lasts 3 working days, from December 19 to 23, 2025. The sale and submission of registration documents along with pre-order money will take place in a long period of time, from December 18 to 5:00 PM on January 7, 2026, creating favorable conditions for people to prepare complete procedures.
The price announcement is expected to be held at 8:00 AM on January 10, 2026 (Saturday) at the Yen Lap Commune People's Committee Hall. The subjects allowed to participate in the auction are individuals who meet the conditions according to the provisions of the Land Law No. 31/2024/QH15 and the Property Auction Law No. 37/2024/QH15.
This auction is not only an opportunity to own residential land for local people but also contributes to realizing planning and promoting socio-economic development in Yen Lap commune.
