The Property Auction Service Center (Hanoi Department of Justice) has just announced the organization of an auction of residential land use rights for 6 land plots with symbols from LK02-1 to LK02-6 in Cong Noi area, Tam Hiep commune (now Hat Mon commune) and 8 land plots with symbols from L03-05 to L03-12 in Cat Ha area, Tam Thuan commune (now Hat Mon commune), Hanoi city.
Land plots have an area from 96m2 - 149.3m2, with two starting prices of 6,452,000 VND/m2 and 7,919,000 VND/m2. The maximum construction height for land plots is 5 floors.
According to the announcement, the auction is organized in the form of bid-raising, auctioning for each land plot, in the form of direct voting at the auction session, with a maximum of 3 rounds.
At each auction round, participants are issued bid slips to record the desired price. In case of registering for auction of many land plots, the corresponding number of slips will be issued. The slip recording time is 5 minutes from the time the auctioneer announces the start. Then, the participant directly votes in the ballot box for 5 minutes. At the end of the voting time, the auctioneer opens the ballot box, counts and announces the number of slips issued, the number of slips collected, the number of valid and invalid slips, and announces the highest bid price under the supervision of at least one auction participant and the representative of the asset owner.
Regarding the price step, in round 1, the fixed difference is applied as follows: for 6 land plots in the Cong Noi area, the price step is 63,548,000 VND/m2; for 8 land plots in Cat Ha area, the price step is 27,081,000 VND/m2.
In round 2 and round 3, the price step is determined to be a minimum difference of 200,000 VND/m2, applied to all 14 land plots put up for auction.
The time to sell bid submissions lasts from December 24, 2025 to January 13, 2026 at the headquarters of the Property Auction Service Center and the headquarters of the Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board of Hat Mon commune.
The auction is scheduled to be held at 8:30 am on January 16, 2026 at the Hall of the Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board of Hat Mon commune. Auction participants need to be present from 8:00 am to complete procedures and bring an original citizen identification card for comparison.
Note that people participating in the auction are not allowed to auction the land plot that their wife, husband, brother, sister or younger brother also registered to participate in the auction. In addition, people who have participated in the auction of a land plot are not authorized by another person to participate in the auction of that land plot. Each person is only authorized by one person, and each person is only authorized by one person to participate in the auction for the registered land plots.
