On November 25, according to PV's investigation, the Property Auction Service Center No. 2 of Phu Tho province recently issued a notice to organize an auction of the right to use 33 plots of land belonging to the Mau Lam Dam Vac Villa and Garden Project (Vinh Phuc Ward, Phu Tho Province).
These plots of land are residential land and commercial land, both located in favorable locations with long-term use.
According to the announcement, the auctioned land is divided into many subdivision plots. In lot C6, there are 6 lots of villas and 15 lots of garden houses, starting price from 1220.4 million VND/m2 for villa land, 17 million VND/m2 for garden land. The total starting value of each lot ranges from about 2.9 - over 7.3 billion VND.
Lot D1 includes 7 garden lots with a starting price of VND23 million/m2, worth from VND4.6 - 7.6 billion/lot. Lot D2 has 4 villas with prices from 1217 million VND/m2; the lot with the largest area has a starting price of up to 9.4 billion VND. Lot D4 has 1 garden lot put up for auction at a unit price of VND17 million/m2, with a total value of more than VND3.1 billion.
The auction participant paid a deposit equivalent to 20% of the starting price of each lot, ranging from about 590 million to 1.8 billion VND. Participatory documents are sold for 200,000 - 300,000 VND/ome depending on the type of land plot.
Eligible people participating in the auction include individuals in the group allocated residential land by the State under the 2024 Land Law, and must fully comply with regulations on purchasing documents, paying deposits, and using land for the right purpose.
The auction is organized in the form of one-round indirect voting, sending coupons by post; the method of bidding up with a minimum price step of 1,000 VND/m2. People in need can see the land plots on site from November 21 to 25.
The time for selling and receiving registration documents takes place from November 21 to 5:00 p.m. on December 3 at the Center's headquarters. The postpaid payment form must be received by the Center on time before 5:00 p.m. on December 3. The auction results were announced at 8:00 a.m. on December 8 at the Center Hall.
The center noted that the auction winner must pay the full land use fee within 20 working days from the date of the decision to recognize the result; the deposit will be converted into a deposit.
In case the financial obligations are not fulfilled, the decision to recognize the auction winner will be canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded.
