Ung Hoa District People's Committee has successfully organized 2 auctions for residential land use rights for 50 land plots in the new residential area of Yen Truong village, Truong Thinh commune.
In the morning, 25 land plots from LK-01-01 to LK-03-01 have a total area of 2,616.3m2. As a result, all plots were participated in auction and won the auction successfully with a total value of nearly 98 billion dong. The difference between the winning price and the starting price is over 70 billion dong, equivalent to an increase of 351%.
In the afternoon auction, 25 land plots from LK-03-02 to LK-05-03, total area of 2,638.4m2, with a starting price of 27.6 billion dong. As a result, the winning price reached more than 98 billion dong (the difference of nearly 71 billion dong), the rate increased by 354.5%.
Accordingly, the lowest winning price in both sessions is 26.2 million VND/m2, belonging to LK-01-01 lot. Meanwhile, the highest winning price up to 47.3 million VND/m2, recorded at LK-02-07 lot. The total budget revenue is expected from two auctions to nearly 196 billion dong.
Earlier, on April 10, Ung Hoa district also auctioned 23/26 land lots in Xa Cau village, Quang Phu Cau commune. The total area of land plots for auction is 2,490.4m2, with a starting price of 9.9 million VND/m2 to 12.4 million VND/m2. The auction is organized publicly and transparently, in accordance with the procedures and provisions of the law.
As a result, the highest auction price reached 52.9 million VND/m2, belonging to the land parcel of DG1-07 symbol, an area of 97.9m2. The lowest winning price is 36.3 million VND/m2, belonging to Lot DG2-18, an area of 103.2m2.
The three parcels of the land did not find the owner because the District People's Committee decided to temporarily not give auction. The reason is because before the organization, some households in Xa Cau village have opinions about the path, community living space ... related to the auction land. On the basis of receiving petitions, on April 10, Ung Hoa District People's Committee decided to suspend the auction for 3 land plots DG1-01, DG2-01 and DG2-19 to continue reviewing and clarifying.
Mr. Nguyen Van Dinh - Vice Chairman of Ung Hoa District People's Committee - said that for 23 customers winning the auction in the afternoon session 10.4, after completing the financial obligations, the District People's Committee will hand over the field boundary, ensuring adequate land use rights in accordance with the law.
The district leaders also affirmed that they will continue to talk and listen to the people's opinions. Proposals with legal basis will be considered and settled; As for acts of opposition, illegal obstructing or infringing upon legal land use rights will be strictly handled as prescribed.
