The auctioned plots range in area from 80.1 to 105.4 square meters, with a starting price of VND4.7 million/square meter. The total area of the 20 auctioned plots is 1,742.6 square meters.
To ensure that there is no collusion or price-fixing that causes losses to the budget, Quoc Oai district and the auction organizer have agreed to conduct the auction using the direct voting method in multiple rounds, with a minimum of 6 mandatory rounds.
The common price for the plots of land is 3 million VND/m2. Because the auction is conducted in multiple rounds, the auction only ends when there are no more customers participating in bidding.
As a result, of the 20 plots of land put up for auction, the plot with the highest winning price was 94.7 million VND/m2 and the lowest was 70.7 million VND/m2. The amount of money that Quoc Oai district collected from the land use rights auction this time was nearly 141.9 billion VND, a difference of nearly 133.7 billion VND compared to the starting price.
On the same day, November 16, Thanh Oai district (Hanoi) successfully auctioned 25 land lots. According to information from the representative of Thanh Oai district Land Fund Development Center, after 10 rounds, the auction of 25 land lots in Man Ca, Man Cong, Ma Man Trong, Van Quan village, Do Dong commune, Thanh Oai district (Hanoi) had the highest price reaching 90.3 million VND/m2, the lowest lot was 45.3 million VND/m2.
According to information from the representative of Thanh Oai District People's Committee, the auction had more than 400 sets of documents from 111 participants. The area of the plots of land ranges from nearly 84m2 to more than 143m2. The starting price is 5.3 million VND/m2, equivalent to a deposit of 88 - 151 million VND/lot. The auction will have to go through at least 6 mandatory rounds, with a price step of 5 million VND per m2. The starting price is 5.3 million VND, the form is secret ballot in only 1 round.
