Joint Venture Auction Company No. 5 National has just announced the auction of land use rights for 10 land plots at DT-01 point, Tien Thang commune, Hanoi city.
The total area of land plots is 968.9m2, with a starting price of 7,282,000 VND/m2. The price step is specified: at the first auction round is 30,000,000 VND/m2; from the second round onwards is 1,000,000 VND/m2.
Land plots with residential land use purposes, long-term use term, in the form of land allocation by the State with land use fees.
The auction session is organized in the form of direct voting in multiple rounds, up to 2 rounds, according to the upward bidding method. In case in the second round, 2 or more people bid the highest valid price equally and have a need to bid further, the auction will continue to be organized.
Time to receive applications for auction participation is from 8:00 AM on April 24, 2026 to 5:00 PM on May 6, 2026 (during office hours). Applications are received directly at the Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board of Tien Thang commune (Kim Giao village, Tien Thang commune) or at the headquarters of Joint Stock Auction Company No. 5 National (No. 193 Hoang Van Thai, Phuong Liet ward, Hanoi city).
The auction is scheduled to be held at 2:00 PM on May 10, 2026 at the Hall of Tien Thang Commune People's Committee (Van Loi village, Tien Thang commune). Auction participants must be present at least 60 minutes in advance to complete the procedures.
In case of authorization to participate in the auction, there must be a valid document or authorization letter, notarized according to regulations, clearly stating the content of the authorization. In an auction session for each land plot, each person is only allowed to represent one participant and is not allowed to both participate and receive authorization from another person for the same land plot.
