Joint Venture Auction Company No. 5 - National has just announced the auction of land use rights for 23 land plots belonging to commercial land in the Hung Nga villa garden, commercial and general tourism area construction project and 2 land plots at Point X2, Yen Vinh village, Thanh Lam commune, former Me Linh district (now Quang Minh commune, Hanoi city).
Specifically, 23 land plots in the 1 commercial land area of the Hung Nga project have a total area of 2,495.7m2, the starting price for each plot is 15,740,000 VND/m2.
For 2 land plots at Point X2, Yen Vinh village, the total area is 299.3m2, the starting price for each plot is 10,940,000 VND/m2.



Regarding the price step, at the commercial land area of Hung Nga project, the price step applied for the first auction round is 40,260,000 VND/m2 and the second round is 2,000,000 VND/m2. At Point X2, the first round price step is 45,000,000 VND/m2 and the second round is 1,000,000 VND/m2.
All land plots have the purpose of use as residential land, long-term term, and the form of use is that the State allocates land with land use fees through land use rights auctions.
The auction form is direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction session, with a maximum of 2 rounds, according to the up-pricing method.
Time to receive applications for auction participation is from 8:00 AM on April 22, 2026 to 5:00 PM on May 5, 2026 (during office hours). Participants can submit applications directly at the Quang Minh Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board (Noi Dong village, Quang Minh commune, Hanoi) or at Auction Partnership Company No. 5 - National (No. 193 Hoang Van Thai, Phuong Liet ward, Hanoi).
The auction is expected to be held at 8:30 am on May 8, 2026 at the Hall of the Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee of Quang Minh commune.
Auction participants need to be present at least 60 minutes in advance to complete the procedures. In case of authorization, there must be a valid document or authorization letter, notarized according to regulations, clearly stating the content, scope, term of authorization, rights and responsibilities of the parties. In an auction session for each land plot, each person is only allowed to represent one participating entity and is not allowed to simultaneously receive authorization from another entity when auctioning a land plot together.
