Speaking to Lao Dong Newspaper, Mr. La Tuan Hung - Vice Chairman of Yen Binh District People's Committee, Yen Bai Province said that the locality is completing procedures to organize an auction of 35 plots of land in Hop Nhat village, Thinh Hung commune with a total area of 4,051m2.
The plots of land auctioned are located near Thac Ba Lake, with available land and technical infrastructure, convenient for transportation, trade and economic development. The starting price of the plots ranges from 306 million VND (area of 85m2) to 810 million VND (area of 211m2).
Auction participants submit bids from the date of registration to participate in the auction until before 23:55 on May 29.
The time for considering conditions to participate in the auction is 8:00 a.m. on May 30.
The auction is conducted by voting to bid indirectly in one round, the method of bidding up.
The auction was held at 9:00 a.m. on June 3, at the Hall of Phuc Hung Auction Joint Stock Company - Yen Bai branch (No. 58, Ngo Sy Lien Street, Group 14, Dong Tam Ward, Yen Bai City, Yen Bai Province).
