Phu Tho Joint Venture Auction Company has just announced the organization of an auction of the right to use 19 residential land plots in Hoang Cuong commune with a total starting price of over 17 billion VND.
According to Notice No. 33/TB-AAPC, the auctioned land plots are located in Quyet Thang area (Thong Nhat area) and Dong Uan area (Zone 5, Nong Giua Zone 2), managed by Hoang Cuong Commune People's Committee and organized by Hoang Cuong Commune Economic Department.
The total area of 19 land plots is 3,435.7m2, with a total starting price of more than 17.08 billion VND.
In which, Dong Uan area has 1 land plot with an area of 290.4m2, starting price of 9 million VND/m2, equivalent to more than 2.613 billion VND. The deposit amount for this land plot is 500 million VND, price step of 100,000 VND/m2.
The remaining 18 land plots in Quyet Thang area have an area of 120 - 371.9m2, the starting price is uniformly 4.6 million VND/m2, the total starting price is more than 14.468 billion VND. The deposit ranges from 110 - 300 million VND/plot, the price step is 200,000 VND/m2.
Some large land plots such as plot LK2-1 with an area of 371.9m2, starting price of more than 1.71 billion VND; plot LK2-2 with an area of 304.7m2, starting price of more than 1.4 billion VND. Plots with an area of 120m2 have a starting price of 552 million VND.
The auction form is indirect voting according to the up-pricing method.
Asset viewing time is from May 14 to the end of May 18 in the field during office hours.
The auction of dossiers takes place from May 13 to 5 pm on May 27 at Phu Tho Joint Venture Auction Company or Hoang Cuong Commune Economic Department.
Customers participating in the auction deposit money from May 13 to 5:00 PM on May 27, 2026 into the account of Phu Tho Joint Venture Auction Company opened at Agribank Phu Tho Branch. According to regulations, each land plot must pay money in separate deposit slips, not together.
Auction participants must be subjects to land allocation by the State according to the 2024 Land Law and meet the conditions according to the current Property Auction Law.
The price announcement is expected to take place at 8:00 AM on June 1, 2026 at the Hoang Cuong Commune Party Committee Hall (former Man Lan Commune People's Committee headquarters).
