Joint Venture Auction Company No. 5 - National has just announced an invitation to participate in the auction of land use rights to implement an investment project to build a high-rise housing area in planning squares B.3/NO4 and B.5/NO1, Viet Hung ward, Hanoi City.
The total area of the auctioned land plot is about 39,285.9m2, of which land plot B.3/NO4 has an area of 25,605m2 and land plot B.5/NO1 is 13,681m2. The land plot has completed site clearance and technical infrastructure investment.
According to the plan, land plot B.3/NO4 is expected to build high-rise housing from 3 - 11 floors with about 530 apartments. Land plot B.5/NO1 is expected to build high-rise buildings from 2 - 11 floors, providing about 330 apartments. The project is invested synchronously in items such as traffic roads, green trees, lighting and drainage systems, meeting new urban area standards.
The total estimated investment capital of the project is about more than 1,677 billion VND. The project's operating term is 50 years from the date the investor wins the auction and the Hanoi City People's Committee decides to allocate land. The expected implementation progress is in the period 2026 - 2030.
The starting price for the land use right auction is VND 2,765 billion. The auction form is carried out by direct multi-round voting at the auction session, at least through 3 mandatory rounds according to the upward bidding method. The voting is carried out until there are no longer investors offering higher prices, and the investor with the highest bidding price will finally win the auction.
Auction participants must deposit more than 553 billion VND, equivalent to 20% of the starting price.
The time to receive applications for auction participation is from May 22, 2026 to the end of June 5, 2026 at Auction Partnership Company No. 5 - National. The auction is expected to be held on June 22, 2026 at the headquarters of the Military Command of Viet Hung Ward.
