According to Notice No. 43/TB-TTDG of the Property Service Center (Department of Justice of Lao Cai province), the locality has completed procedures to organize an auction of the rental rights for part of the area of Kim Thanh Exhibition Center (Lot DV18) - International Road Border Gate No. II (Kim Thanh), Duyen Hai ward, Lao Cai city, Lao Cai province. The total land use area is 14,151.2m2. Lease term: 5 (five) years (all 60 months).
The auction was conducted in the form of indirect voting, according to the method of bidding up. The minimum bid is set at 10 million VND for each bid payment. The deposit is 275 million VND and the purchase fee for the auction is 400,000 VND/document.
The time to view the property directly at the scene was set from June 24 to June 26. The time for selling and receiving documents to participate in the auction lasts from June 23 to 17:00 on July 7.
Auction participants must pay the deposit within the same period of time, transferred to the account of the Lao Cai Provincial Property Auction Service Center at Bao Viet Commercial Joint Stock Bank - Lao Cai Branch. The auction will be held at 9:00 a.m. on July 10, at the headquarters of the Lao Cai Province Property Auction Service Center (at Group 5, Nam Cuong Ward, Lao Cai City).
Organizations and individuals who meet the conditions prescribed by law can register to participate in the auction. In case the contestant cannot attend in person, the contestant can authorize another person in writing on behalf of the auction.
The auction is organized according to Decision No. 67/QD-TTDV dated June 10, 2025 of the Lao Cai Economic Zone Service Center on amending and supplementing the auction plan issued with Decision No. 43/QD-TTDV dated May 2, 2025.
