Lac Viet Auction Joint Stock Company and My Duc District Land Fund Development Center (Hanoi) have just successfully auctioned 200 residential land plots; including 82 land plots in Lot 3 Dong Chua, Kinh Dao Village, An My Commune and 115 land plots in Noi Village, Thuong Lam Commune on December 6.
The starting price for all 200 plots of land is 2.1 million VND/m2. The total area of the 200 plots of land auctioned this time is 25,160m2; the area of the plots ranges from 74.2 - 289m2.
The auction was held by direct voting in one round (auction for each plot of land) and by the method of increasing price. As a result, the plots of land in An My commune had the highest winning price of 33.2 million VND/m2, the lowest of more than 16.7 million VND/m2. The total value of 82 plots of land according to the starting price was about 23.7 billion VND; the total winning price increased more than 10 times the starting price.
For 115 plots of land in Thuong Lam commune, the highest winning price was 29.4 million VND/m2; the lowest winning price was 7.9 million VND/m2. The total value of 115 plots of land at the starting price was nearly 28.7 billion VND; the total winning price increased more than 8.4 times compared to the starting price.
It is expected that on December 13, My Duc district will continue to organize the auction of land use rights for 40 plots of land in Dung Duoi area, Bot Xuyen village; Go La area, Phu Huu village; Dong Trai 1 area, Cua Vong area, My Tien village, Bot Xuyen commune, My Duc district, Hanoi.
Plots of land have an area of 97 - 315m2 with starting prices from 1.1 million VND/m2 to 1.7 million VND/m2.
Since August, auctions in Hanoi have received much attention when recording exceptionally high winning prices. Most recently, all 22 plots of land in Do Dong Commune, Thanh Oai District (Hanoi) in the auction on November 30th failed to find owners because customers all dropped out.
In Soc Son district, the auction on November 29 caused a stir in public opinion when 3 plots of land were bid up to over 30 billion VND/m2. More than 20 other plots of land were also pushed up to prices ranging from over 98 million VND/m2 to over 101 million VND/m2. The Investigation Police Agency (PC03), Hanoi City Police, has issued a decision to temporarily detain 5 subjects related to this case.
