The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has just announced the conclusion of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Van Thinh at the Conference on Scoring the progress of the Nham Bien Mountain Golf Course New Urban Area project
Accordingly, on September 10, 2025, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province Pham Van Thinh held a conference to review the progress of the Nham Bien Mountain Golf Course New Urban Area project (Tien Phong ward, Bac Ninh province).
After listening to the contributions of the units, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Van Thinh concluded as follows:
Department of Agriculture and Environment: Preside over and have detailed instructions on rice support for people in approving compensation, support and resettlement plans.
Department of Finance, Department of Construction: Research and advise on the arrangement of land funds to relocate graves in the project.
Department of Construction: Submit to the Provincial People's Committee for approval of Sub-zone Plan No. 7, Bac Giang urban area before September 15, 2025.
Tien Phong Ward Party Committee and People's Committee: Coordinate with the Provincial Land Fund Development Center, focus on site clearance; report weekly progress to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
Provincial Land Fund Development Center: Develop a plan to resolve and remove difficulties for remaining households before October 30, 2025; have a draft site clearance plan before November 5, 2025 to publicly post the plan, and pay the site clearance fee in December 2025.
The Director of the Provincial Land Fund Development Center will develop a detailed plan according to the time frames and directly sign the plan to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
Thai Son Construction Investment Joint Stock Company: Responsible for coordinating with the Provincial Land Fund Development Center, Tien Phong Ward People's Committee, Department of Agriculture and Environment, speeding up site clearance progress, monthly reporting to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
According to the reporter's investigation, the new urban area of Nham Bien mountain golf course has a scale of 134 hectares, invested by Thai Son Construction Investment Joint Stock Company.
According to the plan, the project includes 979 low-rise houses, 6-storey social housing and commercial and service works. The project also devotes nearly 90 hectares to developing sports tourism items, including an 18-hole golf course and auxiliary works.
The urban area will meet the housing needs of about 5,800 people. The total investment capital is nearly VND6,600 billion, of which nearly VND570 billion is for compensation and site clearance costs.
The project's operation period is 50 years. The investor said that the project will be completed within 72 months from the date of approval as an investor. From the 73rd month, September 2030, the project can be put into operation and business.
