On February 15, the Land Fund Development Center of Dong Nai province said that Phuoc Tan ward and Tam Phuoc ward (Bien Hoa city) proposed that 347 cases in the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway project area be given priority to buy social housing.
According to the proposal, Phuoc Tan ward has 321 cases proposed to be given priority for buying social housing. Of which, there were 36 cases of land reclamation and 285 cases of buying and selling hand-built house documents that were not in accordance with planning on other people's land.
In Tam Phuoc ward, there are 26 cases proposed to be given priority for buying social housing, including 3 cases of having their co-owned land revoked and 23 cases of buying and selling hand-built house documents that are not in accordance with the planning on other people's land.
In Phuoc Tan ward, there are about 200 cases of buying and selling hand-built documents that are not in accordance with the planning on other people's land. When their houses are recovered, they are not considered for resettlement because they are not qualified and the People's Committee of Phuoc Tan ward has not proposed to introduce them for buying social housing due to no factor of relocation (no household registration, temporary residence, temporary absence or temporary residence, temporary absence, use of electricity and water bills from the main owner's household...).
