Dien Bien Joint Stock Auction Company has just issued information on the land use rights auction to select investors to implement the New Urban Area Project, Muong Thanh Airport Walking Street in Dien Bien Phu City (now Dien Bien Phu Ward).
According to the announcement, the auctioned assets are the right to use the land with a total area of 75,895.37 m2 in Dien Bien Phu ward, Dien Bien province. The project includes many land use items such as adjacent land, social land, public land, trees, traffic and parking lots.
The total starting price for the land is more than 150 billion VND. The deposit to participate in the auction is about 30 billion VND. The time to view assets and related legal documents takes place from July 11 to July 25 during office hours at the auction location.
The issuance and receipt of registration documents to participate in the auction also took place during this period, at Dien Bien Joint Stock Auction Company (No. 123 Nguyen Trai Street, Muong Thanh Ward) and Dien Bien Province Land Fund Development Center (No. 311 Vo Nguyen Giap Street, Dien Bien Phu Ward).
The auction is conducted by indirect voting, according to the method of bidding up, with a minimum price step of 1 billion VND. The price announcement ceremony is scheduled to be held at 9:00 a.m. on August 11, 2025 at the Hall of the Land Fund Development Center of Dien Bien province.
