Initial information shows that the house is 2-storey, with elderly people and children trapped in the house.
The leaders of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department mobilized the KV4 Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Team (in charge of fire prevention and rescue in the old An Duong District and the old An Lao District) including forces, 2 fire trucks and 1 rescue vehicle to urgently arrive at the scene of the fire. At the same time, the An Hai Regional Power Company was notified to ensure electrical safety in the fire area.
At the scene, the KV4 Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Team quickly approached the scene, deployed a fire fighting formation, and focused on rescuing those trapped.
At about 11:50 p.m. the same day, the fire was completely extinguished. The KV4 Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Team rescued 4 people trapped, including: an elderly woman, the homeowner's wife and two young grandchildren. Currently, the victims have received first aid, were immediately transferred to the hospital for health monitoring and have stabilized.
