Vice Chairman of Dien Bien Provincial People's Committee Lo Van Cuong has just signed Decision No. 503 approving the land use right auction plan to select investors to implement the Him Lam New Urban Area project, east of the 60m road (May 7th Street) in Zone A.
The auctioned land in Dien Bien Phu ward has a total usable area for project implementation of nearly 19 hectares. In which, adjacent residential land is over 63,736 m2. Land for social housing development is nearly 16,000 m2. In addition, there is also a land fund for education, transportation, technical infrastructure and public space.
The auction form is indirect voting, according to the up-pricing method.
The winning investor must commit to deploying and completing the project within 5 years from the date of land allocation and land lease by the state.
According to the plan, the expected time for organizing the auction is in the second quarter of 2026.
The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Land Fund Development Center to organize a land use right auction to select investors to implement the project in accordance with current legal regulations.
