According to information from Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee on April 21, the locality has issued a document adjusting part of the previous land allocation decision to Khanh Hoa Salt Company, and also leasing land to Khanh Hoa Salt Joint Stock Company in Nam Ninh Hoa commune.
Specifically, the province adjusted down 118,353m2 of land allocated to Khanh Hoa Salt Company from 1987, belonging to land plot No. 219, map sheet No. 12, located in the cadastral map of Ninh Ich commune (now Nam Ninh Hoa commune).
This area is converted from "salt-making land" to "aquaculture land", with the form of the State leasing land and collecting rent once for the entire lease term.
In addition, the land use term is adjusted to 2054, equivalent to 30 years from the date the Provincial People's Committee issues the Investment Policy Decision, and at the same time approves the investor in Decision No. 1126/QD-UBND dated April 26, 2024.
Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee assigned the tax authority to determine land rent, additional or refundable amounts (if any), and at the same time notify businesses to fulfill financial obligations according to regulations.
For Khanh Hoa Salt Joint Stock Company, this unit is responsible for paying land rent and related financial obligations.
The remaining area according to Decision No. 468/UB dated March 18, 1987, after reviewing and completing land procedures and fully fulfilling financial obligations, will continue to be managed and used according to current regulations.
Nam Ninh Hoa Commune People's Committee is assigned to monitor and inspect the management and use of land; promptly detect and prevent acts of illegal transfer and change of land use purpose or construction of works not in accordance with regulations. In case of exceeding authority, the locality must report to competent authorities for handling.
Khanh Hoa Land Registration Office is responsible for updating and adjusting cadastral records and land databases according to regulations.
