The project is located in the Bau Xeo Industrial Park Service Center, Trang Bom commune, Dong Nai province.
According to the design, the project consists of apartment blocks with a construction height of 5 to 6 floors. After completing the project, it is expected to provide about 900 to 950 apartments with 77,000 m2 of construction floor space; provide accommodation for about 3,500 people.
The goal of the project is to provide affordable housing for local people and workers in neighboring industrial parks, contributing to the implementation of local social security tasks.
The project has a total investment of more than 733 billion VND.
Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh - Director of the provincial Department of Agriculture and Environment said that this is one of the projects assigned by the province to investors to implement in the spirit of piloting a number of mechanisms and policies for social housing development. The groundbreaking ceremony of the project is also an activity in a series of events to celebrate the 1st Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030 and to celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Party.
The project meets the social housing needs of local residents and contributes to urban beautification, so the province recommends that investors and construction units are safe and on schedule. The locality will continue to accompany and create conditions for the project to be implemented smoothly and quickly; at the same time, promote administrative procedure reform and provide legal support for other projects in the area.
Representative of the investment consortium, Mr. Nguyen Phi Long - Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of Khang Nam Real Estate and Environmental Construction Group Joint Stock Company (HCMC) said that the enterprise will strictly comply with the provisions of the law on investment, construction and coordinate with local authorities to soon complete the project in the best way.
The Provincial People's Committee has just issued a plan to organize groundbreaking ceremonies and start construction of projects to welcome the 1st Congress of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.
Accordingly, on September 27, 2025, the province will simultaneously hold a groundbreaking ceremony and break ground for 8 projects including: 7 social housing projects (ChC1 and ChC2 Social Housing Areas, Phuoc Tan Ward; social housing in Tam Hiep Ward; social housing apartment complex in 2.1ha land area, Phuoc An Commune; social housing apartment complex in 3.7ha land area, Phuoc An Commune; social housing in 3.5ha land area, Trang Bom Commune; social housing in 2.85ha land area, Ho Nai Ward and Social Housing Project in Tan Trieu Ward) and 1 Inter- port road construction project (phase 1).
Large-scale projects are being implemented, marking an important step forward in infrastructure development and improving the quality of life for people in the province.
